What Is Off White Comic

ALL PRACTICE IS LOCAL. IV Study Day

This edition of the Conference for discussion on the contemporary art of Castilla y Leon is in continuity with the ideas developed in previous editions. This time it deals with a case study on the incidence of some projects of artistic and cultural production that have changed the art scene of the locales where they were implanted. It is therefore to convene the stories of some of those responsible for these projects to submit to review these historical experiences and draw on, models, applications and areas for improvement for the development of efficient projects in the context of Castilla y León. This new edition of the conference also develops some of the issues raised in the previous issue about the interaction of institutions with local environments and the imperative of public interest in the economic investments of local governments under specific socio-cultural coordinates. This will reopen the forum "Any practice is local" created by reason of the previous edition. The conference will address why the officers involved in the management artistic community, art students and active creators.
